Mr. Michael Carter

Biography
Michael Carter is the founding principal of Carter Morse & Mathias. He has been on the financial side of business from many perspectives: as a business founder, commercial lender, investment banker, board director, and business advisor. He has advised on over 100 M&A and financing transactions. In addition to his work with private companies, Michael has worked with several public companies as a board member and advisor. Michael was the former President of Weston Little League and is active in youth sports teams in Weston, Connecticut. Michael earned an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from the University of Rochester.

Biography
Ms. Corchard is the Executive Vice President for Investment Research at Wright Investors’ Service. Ms. Corchard attended the University of Connecticut and joined Wright in 1960. She has been Executive Vice President and Senior Investment Officer since 1987. Ms. Corchard is responsible for trading, general administration and portfolio compliance, as well as research coverage for the consumer staples and utilities sector. She is also Vice President of the Wright Managed Equity Trust and the Wright Managed Income Trust.

Biography
David D’Addario is the chairman and CEO of D’Addario Industries, a third-generation privately held business established in 1927. Bridgeport-based D’Addario Industries has been or currently is involved in numerous business sectors. A 1984 graduate of Yale University, he holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and economics. In November 2001, D’Addario became majority owner and chairman of the firm – Wise Alloys – the third largest U.S. producer of aluminum sheet for beverage and food cans. Mr. D’Addario is a dedicated community leader and serves on a variety of institutional and nonprofit boards.

Biography
Mr. Donovan is the Chief Executive Officer for Wright Investors’ Service and Chairman of SEE’s board of trustees. Mr. Donovan received a BA in Economics from Goddard College. Previously, he worked at Jones, Kreeger & Co., in Washington, D.C. Mr. Donovan joined Wright in 1966 and has been CEO since 1996. He has overall responsibility for all investment management processes. He is co-author of Worldscope Industrial Company Profiles and Worldscope Financial Company Profiles. He is also President of the Wright Managed Income Trust and the Wright Managed Equity Trust. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts.

Biography
Chris Gallo joined Nishball, Carp, Niedermeier, Pacowta & Co., P.C. in 1988 after a 13-year career with the international CPA firm of Ernst & Young. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Applied Math from Brown University in 1974 and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University in 1975. He was licensed as a CPA in 1977. Chris has spent most of his career working with entrepreneurs in a wide-range of manufacturing industries. His many community activities include leadership positions with the Rotary and YMCA.
Mr. Mickey Herbert

Biography
Mickey Herbert is the president and chief executive of ConnectiCare and Executive Vice-President of HIP Health Plans. ConnectiCare is the third largest health plan in Connecticut and was ranked in the top 10 plans nationally in medical quality. In addition, he is the President, CEO and majority owner of the Bridgeport Bluefish Baseball Club. Mr. Herbert earned his MBA degree at Harvard University and his BA degree at Swarthmore College. He was the founder and CEO of Physicians Health Services, Inc. (PHS), a $750 million-a-year publicly-traded health plan. In January 1998, PHS was sold to HealthNet, Inc. A dedicated worker on behalf of the community, Mr. Herbert serves on the boards of numerous area organizations.
Ms. Peggy Perillie

Biography
Ms. Perillie has worked for over three decades to advance the health and safety of youth. She has served on Trumbull Connecticut School District curriculum committees, local and statewide PTA councils, a Governor’s Initiative to Prevent Student Drug Abuse and numerous other local and statewide committees and councils to support positive youth development. She was also a founding member of RYASAP (an urban/suburban youth and community development coalition) in 1985.

Biography
Vincent M. Simko associated with John Winthrop Wright shortly after John Wright founded The Winthrop Corporation and has continuously served as Director and Counsel to the company. He graduated Cum Laude from Fordham University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, after which he found The Simko Law Firm. He served in the State Legislature as a Representative and as Treasurer of the City of Bridgeport for several terms. He served as President of the Bridgeport Bar Association, Director of the Mechanics & Farmers Savings Bank and Director of the Bridgeport Rotary Housing Corporation. He and his wife, Jan, the parents of five children, live in Trumbull, Connecticut.

Biography
Mr. Patrick Waide currently serves as the director of the Mutual of America Investment Corporation and on a number of nonprofit boards. He graduated magna cum laude from Fairfield University in 1959 and received his MBA with distinction from the Wharton Graduate School in 1961. He has been a CPA since 1964. Past positions have included: President and CEO of the Peter F. Drucker Foundation, Executive Vice President for The Bessemer Securities Corporation, and Vice Chairman and Senior Partner for Deloitte Haskins & Sells (predecessor to Deloitte & Touche).
