- Government, faith, and business leaders provide community input to advance character education.
- Parents, principals, teachers, coaches, and all school staff serve as positive role models exhibiting exemplary character.
- The school conducts ongoing professional development on character-education topics in conjunction with character-education experts and faculty from higher education.
- Students serve as leaders in the capacity of peer mediators, student government, and cross-age tutors.
