​SEE is grateful for the scholarship and collaboration of Jason M. Stephens, Ph.D., Associate Professor for the School of Learning Development and Professional Practice at the University of Auckland, NZ. Dr. Stephens’ scholarship is the foundation for the Achieving with Integrity Seminar and he graciously permitted SEE to continue the development of the Seminar into its present form.

​Deni Nakonecni was the video producer, director and editor that made the online format of this seminar possible. His technical contributions went beyond videography and SEE recognizes the current seminar would not exist without his commitment and collaboration.

Fair Use Claim
In Lesson Two: Developing Ethical Judgment, SEE recognizes the Fair Use of film footage from the movie American Gangster, directed and produced by Ridley Scott and distributed by Universal Pictures. The scene used was available online and we cite it here and thank Universal Pictures in our claim of Fair Use in an academic setting. In Lesson Three: Developing Ethical Action, SEE recognizes the use of a brief portion of an online video clip from EQtainment.com that represented student choices and skills demonstrated to avoid eating a marshmallow in the classic test of delayed gratification. SEE thanks EQtainment.com for the Fair Use of their clip in this academic setting..
